How can I differentiate between my teams?

Context

I have several clients and a central survey site – how can I organise my clients into groups?

Depending on your working method, you can create a single general group (e.g. Employees) and place all surveys relating to that group within it. You can also distinguish between organisations by creating a parent group and child sub-groups. If you work with several groups, or several groups per company or organisation, you can use sub-groups to sort your participants by organisation.

For example:
Parent category → Company A
Subcategories of A → Employees, Works Council, Social and Economic Committee, Management, Accounting

OR sort by year, if you carry out annual surveys:
Parent category → 2026
Subcategories of A → Employees, Works Council, Social and Economic Committee, Management, Accounting

It all depends on how you work, and what works best for you and allows you to develop.

How should I name my team if I only have one group within a company?

→ Choose whichever is best: either simply, for example, “CompanyXXX”, or use a more general name such as “Employees”, which is common to other companies.
