I need a new feature, what can I do?
As with a bug, if you require a specific feature, you can contact us using the support form. Depending on your needs, we can offer you a specific solution or schedule an update to the extension.

I have noticed a bug. How can I contact you?
This should not happen. However, if you notice a malfunction, which may be related to your theme or another extension, the best way to notify us is to use the support form in your customer account.

Where can I find my invoice?
We will send your invoice by email. Please ensure you provide your intra-Community VAT number if you have one.

Are my prices exclusive of tax or inclusive of tax?
All our prices are displayed excluding VAT, which means that 20% VAT is applied.

How long can I use the extension I purchased?
Once you have purchased and downloaded one of our extensions, you can use it as you wish, with no time limit. The user has access to updates for a limited period of one year from the date of purchase.

I have purchased one of your plugins. How can I obtain and benefit from updates?
